At Raypath Shop, we want you to be completely satisfied with your fashion purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you can return or exchange your items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log into your account and select the items you wish to return to receive a unique Return Authorization number.

  Pack Your Items

  Place the unworn items with original tags still attached into their original packaging to ensure they are protected during transit.

• 3.
  Ship the Package

  Attach the provided prepaid shipping label to your parcel and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects your return, we will process your refund back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
